Choices related to information
You have several options when it comes to the information you provide and how to use it:
- Marketing emails: When you register an account or sign up for certain services, you agree that we use your email for product updates. When you sign up via our mobile app, you can choose whether you want to receive promotional emails. You can't opt out of account-related communications, but you can stop receiving promotional emails by either turning off the option when you sign up, using the “unsubscribe” link in emails, or by contacting info@vicollective.ch.
- Push notifications: You can turn off push notifications via your mobile device settings by turning off the notification toggle for our app.
- Location tracking: On most devices, you can turn off accurate location services from the settings menu. For certain app features, such as location-based push notifications, to be fully functional, location services must be enabled.
Unsubscribing from one type of communication does not automatically mean unsubscribing from others. For example, if you unsubscribe from marketing emails, you may still receive push notifications if you haven't unsubscribed from them.
