Scope
These general terms and conditions (hereinafter “GTC”) apply to all orders made by the customer via the online shop (“Shop”) or via other channels of ViCollective AG, Untergass 13, 8193 Eglisau, Switzerland, (“Seller”) and concluded contracts (hereinafter “Order”).

Offer and conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products in the shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. By clicking on the “Buy” button, the customer places a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The order confirmation will be sent by email immediately after the order has been sent. The contract is only concluded upon confirmation of the order. Outside the shop, the contract is concluded when there is a consistent expression of intent.

Prices and payment terms
The prices can be changed at any time and are in Swiss francs (CHF) without further notice and include the statutory value added tax. Payment is made using the specified payment methods. Invoices must be paid within 30 days without providing any other information.

Shipment
Orders are usually delivered by A-Post. Shipping costs are notified to the customer during the ordering process.

Guarantee and liability
The customer must check the delivered products as quickly as possible and immediately complain about any defects, otherwise the products are considered free of defects. If there is a defect, the customer has the choice of making a deduction from the price corresponding to the reduced value, to withdraw from the contract or to obtain a replacement delivery. In addition, the seller's liability is limited in any case to intent and gross negligence.

Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to return the products within 14 days of receipt and without giving a reason. The right of withdrawal can only be legally exercised if the products are returned unused, undamaged, complete and in original unopened packaging.

After receiving the products, the seller reimburses the customer for the value of the goods. Shipping costs that have already been incurred cannot be refunded. The products must be returned to the following address at the customer's expense and risk:

Terms of use
The legal notices on the seller's website form an integral part of these terms and conditions.

Efficacy
Should any provision of these terms and conditions be ineffective, the remaining provisions remain unaffected. In place of the ineffective provision, an effective provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision shall apply.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
All legal relationships between the customer and ViCollective are subject to Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich.

Languages
These terms and conditions may be available in various languages. In any case, the German version is decisive.

ViCollective expressly reserves the right to change these terms and conditions and information on its websites at any time without prior notice.
